Our 180-day quality guarantee ensures that your DAB jewelry is free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you encounter any issues with your purchase within 180 days of receipt, we’ll happily replace or refund your item, ensuring your complete satisfaction.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 10-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. DAB reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. In case you have purchased a DAB product from anywhere other than the DAB Website, DAB App, or DAB Exclusive Stores, the return policies of your source of purchase shall apply. Any shipping charges (if paid) at the time of placing the order are non-refundable in case of a return.

 

In case you have requested the return of any of your products, the refund of the same shall be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse.

In the unlikely event of receiving an empty parcel or a missing product, please reach out to our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We may request a 360-degree unpacking video for further assistance. Please note that authenticity of order issues is essential for processing claims.
